New Families: To add yourself to the 2025-26 waitlist please

visit MCC Sunday school Parent Portal.
follow the login instructions for New Accounts and create a family profile with details for parents and any children you wish to enroll.
- Note: you need to add information about your child(ren) for us to put you on the waitlist. After you login to the Sunday School portal, click on the Register Student link. If additional child(ren) will require special education, please mention this explicitly in the Other Details section when signing up an additional child. Please complete this step as soon as possible to allow us to plan capacity

Already on Waitlist: Thank you for submitting your information via the Sunday School portal. We want to accommodate as many of you as possible. Please complete the following action items.

Enrollment Timeline

Waitlist does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment is final only after 3 conditions are met:

Quranic assessment, if applicable, is complete for the waitlisted student
The school has identified available spots for each grade level
The family's waitlist rank qualifies it to secure the available seats in the grade level

Age cut off dates

The enrollment cut off dates are as follows:

PRE-K: 4 yrs old before September 1st
Kindergarten: 5 yrs old by September 1st
Level 1 - HS: Same placement as a regular school

NOTE: High school enrollment is until 10th grade

Important Dates

Deadline to add children is Mar 9, 2025. This is necessary for us to plan quranic assessments.
You will need to sign up for an online Quranic assessment of your child . Please check the Quranic proficiency requirements below. The assessments will be conducted on April 20 and 27.
The school will contact new/waitlisted families after Sunday May 18, 2025 once enrollment is closed to returning and legacy families.
Enrollment days for New/ waitlisted families are May 25 and Jun 1, 2025. The enrollment will be handled remotely

Payment

Please make sure payment information is up to date at the Parent portal under Payments > Accounts / Cards.
Adding your payment information does not guarantee enrollment. Also, you will not be charged until your spot is confirmed in-person.

Quranic proficiency requirement

All new students need to be assessed for Quranic proficiency prior to enrollment in MCC Sunday School. Only students who meet the grade level requirement will be offered enrollment to available seats. Those not meeting requirements will be asked to get Quranic help and return the following school year for enrollment. They will retain their waitlist rank as per account creation date with MCCSS.
